Doggle Returns Policy

At Doggle, we want you and your dog to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your Doggle product, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
* The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
* You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

How to Return
1. Email us at support@thedoggle.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.
2. We’ll reply with a return authorisation and instructions on where to send your item.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding your refund status.
Please note:
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.
* We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to replace it. Please contact us at email support@thedoggle.co.uk and we’ll arrange an exchange at no extra cost.

* Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
